In 1682, the Judicial Book of the Manor of His Highly Renowned Lord Pan Václav Vojtěch Ste. The Roman Empire Count of Šternberk of Horažďovice recorded the ownership transfer of the Janezcek farm to Matěj Janeczek. This the earliest known land book entry (deed) for the Janeczek farm in Týnec.
Grunt Janečkovský (Janeček Farm)
In the year 1682 during the judicial proceedings was this farm priced for the total sum of 45 guldens, and in such price Matěj Janeček assumed the ownership of the farm after his elders as their heir, in the equal share for each suitor 11 guldens 15 kreutzer.
Also because he already gave a proper share and a cow to his sister Lidmila Mouralová and arranged her wedding, her share of 11 guldens and 15 kreutzer is settled.
Therefore he is bound to pay 22 guldens 30 kreutzer as the remaining sum in annual installment of 3 guldens
to the following suitors:
to Jan, his brother, runaway, if he comes back
to Vít Nováček, his brother
1688 he pays down to his brother Vít
1689 he pays down to the the seignorial accounts
for runaway Jan
1691 he pays down to the the seignorial accounts
1692 he pays down to the the seignorial accounts
1693 he pays down to Vít Nováček
1695 he pays down to the the seignorial accounts
1696 he pays down the rest of the share
to his brother Jan who lives in Klecany
