1865-1867: Josef Janeček Builds Týnec 28

The Hapsburgs ended the practice of serfdom after the Revolutions of 1848. The end of serfdom results in the end of estate records, and consequentially the end of land book records.

While no estate document provides a definitive date, we know Josef Janeček built Tynec 28 some time between 1865 and and 1867. Václav Janeček, the second oldest son of Josef was born in Tynec 1864 in Tynec 17, and next son Frantisek was born in 1867 in Tynec 28 providing us a date range for its construction.
